By purchasing this item you are granted a PERSONAL USE license to create PHYSICAL end products from this design.

This means you may create items with this design for your own pleasure and/or to gift to someone else as many times as you like. But you must not sell anything created with it. 

You MAY NOT re-sell, share or in any way redistribute any of the digital files. 

The design and files remain the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire. 

If you decide you wish to SELL your physical creations made from this design then you will need to purchase the COMMERCIAL LICENCE upgrade. 

You MAY use this design as an embroidery pattern or convert the file to work with an embroidery machine for personal use, HOWEVER you may NOT sell, share or redistribute the resulting digital file. The design remains the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire.

If you have purchased the ‘Commercial Use’ version of the files then the following applies:

The commercial use licence allows you to sell up to 100 PHYSICAL items created with the specific Sea Salt & Samphire design you have purchased.

You MAY use the design files to create an embroidery pattern or convert the files to work with an embroidery machine, and sell the resulting PHYSICAL items. 

HOWEVER you may NOT sell, share or redistribute the resulting digital file. The design remains the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire.

You may NOT print and sell as uncut template sheets (e.g. as part of a craft kit)

You may only sell the final completed PHYSICAL item.

The design remains the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire. 

You may sell PHYSICAL items created with the Sea Salt & Samphire design you have purchased at craft fairs, in physical shops, on your own website, on social media and on marketplace websites such as Etsy.

HOWEVER you may NOT sell items created with the Sea Salt & Samphire design on ʻinvite onlyʼ selling websites which have exclusivity clauses, such as Notonthehighstreet. This would effectively render it an exclusive design, for which you do not have the rights.

You MAY NOT upload the design to a third party site, including POD (print on demand sites - e.g. Printify) 

You MAY NOT re-sell, share or in any way redistribute any of the digital files. This includes any box creation files. The design and files remain the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire. 

This licence does NOT allow you to manipulate the digital files or design and ʻpass offʼ as your own. The design and files remain the property and copyright of Sea Salt & Samphire

If you wish to sell more than 100 physical items, or upload the design to a POD (print on demand) site then please contact me to discuss an extended commercial licence.
